Konica Minolta Bizhub - Scan to Email button - Address Book

When using the Konica Bizhub copiers to scan a document to email, it can be nice to have a “Button” set destination for your email address.

To add your PRSD email address to the Address Book, please follow the steps below.

Use the Home button to access the home screen options. Then select “Address Book”

Use the “New” button to create a new address book entry

Select the dropdown arrow to select the Address Type and select “E-mail”

Enter a name which will be used for the button

This screen below shows the alphabetical groups in which it will place your button, usually sorted by your name

Enter your email address

If you would like your button to show up on the default “favorites screen” select this checkbox and click Register

The scan screen will now show your button in the Address Book. If your button is not added to the “Favorite” list, you can click on the All button to see all address book entries.

Address Book Entries can be Edited or Deleted as needed

Just click the Address book entry you need to Edit or Delete and use the button for that function
