Scan to Email Button & Scan Instructions

To enter your name in the Address book for Email Address button on main Scan screen:
- Touch the Utility/Counter button - located on the right side of the panel screen and select >

One-Touch/User-Box Registration, then > Create One-Touch Destination
- Touch > Address book, then > Email. Then touch the > New button.
Click the Name button and type the name you want to show up on your button – ex: jkwiatek, and then touch > Index and choose Favorites (this will make sure that your email shows up on the main screen)
Touch the Email Address button, and enter your email address: ex: jkwiatek@prsd.org
Touch OK, then Press the Utility/Counter button to exit back to the main screen.
You should now see your email button!
To Scan:
Touch the Fax/Scan button on the Copier Panel.
Place your document in the feeder tray or on the scanner/copier glass. Touch > Scan settings – on the bottom left of the panel - and specify your output type for the document… ex: text/photo or PDF (If PDF, select Single Page or Multi-Page)
Touch>OK
On the right of the screen is a Document Name button. Touch this to enter a name for this scan. Then touch OK.
Press your email button and then press the Blue Start Button – DONE!
The file will arrive in your email as a PDF document.
